ইন্ট্রাসেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ (Intracerebral hemorrhage) বর্ণনা ইন্ট্রাসেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ রোগটি সেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ, ব্রেইন ব্লিডিং এবং ব্রেইন হেমোরেজ নামেও পরিচিত। যখন মস্তিষ্কের ভিতরের রোগাক্রান্ত ব্লাড ভ্যাসেল (রক্ত ধমনী) ফেটে যায় এবং এর ফলে মস্তিষ্কের ভিতরে রক্তক্ষরণ হয় তখন ইন্ট্রাসেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ দেখা দেয়। মস্তিষ্কের অভ্যন্তরে হঠাৎ করে চাপ বৃদ্ধি পেলে মস্তিষ্কে অবস্থিত রক্তের আশেপাশের ব্রেন সেল গুলো ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়। যদি রক্তের পরিমান দ্রুত গতিতে বাড়তে থাকে তাহলে মস্তিষ্কে চাপ সৃষ্টি হয়। এর ফলে ব্যক্তি অজ্ঞান হয়ে যায় এমনকি ব্যক্তির মৃত্যুও ঘটতে পারে। ইন্ট্রাসেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ মস্তিষ্কের নির্দিষ্ট কিছু অংশ যেমনঃ ব্যাজাল গ্যাংলিয়া, সেরেবেলাম, ব্রেইন স্টেম অথবা কর্টেক্সে দেখা দেয়।   কারণ যখন ক্রনিক হাই ব্লাড প্রেসার বা রক্ত চাপের কারণে ছোট আর্টারি (ধমনী) দূর্বল হয়ে পরে এবং ফেটে যায় তখন ইন্ট্রাসেরিব্রাল হেমোরেজ হয়ে থাকে। কোকেন বা অ্যামফিটামিন্স ব্যবহারের কারণে উচ্চ রক্তচাপ এবং হেমোরেজ দেখা দেয়। এই ধরনের উচ্চ রক্তচাপ খুব অল্প সময় স্থায়ী হয়। কিছু কিছু বৃদ্ধ ব্...
